Marijuana grown, sold and used for medical purposes became legal in Missouri on Dec. 6, but no one is allowed to do anything with the drug until they receive approval by state regulators. That could be as early as December for business owners applying to grow marijuana commercially, and as early as July 28 for patients applying to grow it at home.

Missouri requires that after Dec. 31, 2020, anyone growing marijuana legally must obtain seeds or plants from a business licensed by the state. But it takes at least a few months for a crop to mature, so growers licensed by January won't have any legal in-state sources for marijuana seeds or young plants

The importance of focus and attention in sports is a no-brainer. Some sports stars take pre-workout supplements containing high amounts of caffeine to improve focus. CBD could also help to enhance focus by reducing stress and anxiety.

Anxiety causes difficulties for all those affected but is especially detrimental to athletes. Anxiety can have a negative impact on decision-making skills, attention, and self-confidence, all of which are important for optimal athletic performance.

Athletes could experience anxiety due to fear of performing poorly, the pressure to perform well, fear of injury, and career uncertainty, among other things. Fortunately, CBD is known for its anti-anxiety properties. We carry CBD infused products in all of our clinics. Call us today or simply stop by.

The general process of applying for and obtaining medical cannabis is pretty straight forward. If you are a valid resident with verification of residency you may qoulify to get the medical marijuana card. Please following below:

Step 1) Get your medical records and make an appointment with a doctor

The first step in getting a Florida medical marijuana card is to obtain your medical records and receive a signed physician’s statement from a doctor. The Florida doctor must be registered in the state’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry. (Check here for an updated list of Florida medical marijuana doctors).

Also please note that in order to get a medical cannabis card in Florida, you MUST be a resident of the state. You will need to provide proof of residency, for example a Florida I.D, passport, or another form of photo identification.
Step 2) Go to your MMJ Doctor Consultation

Once you have found a qualified physician in the state, sent your complete medical history to their office, and made an appointment for an MMJ consultation, the physician will then enter your name and information into the Florida Marijuana Use Registry (aka the Compassionate Care Registry), which is run by the Department of Health. You will not be able to apply for your FL MMJ card until you are officially in the Registry.
